Sutton at Valencia is a new collection of spacious two-story single-family homes by Lennar within Valencia by FivePoint, the growing master-planned community west of Interstate 5 in the Santa Clarita Valley. Sutton and Hollis were introduced together by Lennar as two neighboring collections within a newly developed portion of Valencia. Local community reporting describes the two collections as being developed together into one connected neighborhood of approximately 182 homes.
